England Manager
There's no 'right man' for the job is there? If they appoint a foreigner, there'll be people moaning that an Englishman wasn't given the job, however there's clearly no Englishman qualified enough to take the job, so if an Englishman is appointed then there'll be people moaning that the manager isn't good enough.
